Facial Water
This FACIAL WATER is used like a micellar water, with the advantage that it contains no soap and does not dry out the skin.
I have been using colloidal silver in my own and my family’s preparations for a long time. A few months ago I made this formulation to wash my face without having to resort to soap. I do not wear make-up every day and I wanted a product that would remove the day’s pollution without being harsh on the skin. Silver has been used since ancient times to prevent the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and so extend the shelf life of food. It is very effective in encouraging cell regeneration, helping, among other things, with proper cell oxygenation.
I have combined this colloid with calendula and St John’s wort oil macerates, so that together they remove the excess sebum and dirt built up during the day. It is suitable for all skin types, especially acne-prone skin, and it respects the most sensitive areas.
Tea tree essential oil adds to the antiseptic action of the formulation and gives it a clean, energising aroma. On the skin, sage essential oil is astringent, sebum-regulating on oily skin, tissue-regenerating, healing and toning.
- Oil macerate of calendula and St John’s wort.
- Colloidal silver at 10 ppm.
