Legs of Venus
I recommend this oil for cellulite, fluid retention, varicose veins or tired legs.
Birch, rosemary and ivy have draining properties that activate the skin’s metabolism and help fluids circulate. Butcher’s broom, whose root I gather in autumn and set to macerate straight away to obtain the tincture I add to this formulation, contains saponins that give it an anti-inflammatory and venotonic action (it stimulates blood circulation), helping the rest of the ingredients work towards “light legs”. The essential oils give this oil a fresh, pleasant scent and reinforce its vitalising, toning effect.
I recommend massaging your legs twice a day (morning and night), always working upwards. And rest assured: the more consistent you are, the more you will awaken the envy of the Roman goddess of love, beauty and fertility.
100 mL glass bottle.

- Apply the oil to the areas you want to treat, for example thighs, hips, buttocks, triceps and so on.
- Begin the massage with circular movements from the knees up to the hips.
- Then in a straight line towards the heart, along the leg.
- Finish the massage using your knuckles, working upwards, first on the front of the leg and then on the back.
- Massage for 5 to 10 minutes a day on each area to be treated.
