Clay-based cleansing mask. Especially recommended for teenage skin.
To complete skin care during adolescence, I have made a mask based on montmorillonite-illite clay and kaolin clay. This type of clay is the richest in magnesium and contains many trace elements. Thanks to its great absorption capacity, it regulates excess oil and is highly purifying, as well as revitalising the tissues and improving surface circulation.
While you have the mask on, I recommend listening to “18 Candles” by Nina Nesbitt, from her album Peroxide… treat yourself to a few good moments while you take care of yourself.
- Green clay (montmorillonite and illite) and white kaolin clay.
- Rosemary and wine hydrolat.
- Cantabrian sea water.
- Handcrafted propolis tincture.
- Handcrafted mother tincture of burdock (sp. Arctium lappa), aloe (sp. Aloe barbadensis), calendula (sp. Calendula sylvestris) and myrrh (sp. Commiphora myrrha).
- Essential oils of tea tree, thyme, myrtle and santolina.
*Ingredients from certified organic farming, or uncertified but from known sources that respect our environment. *All the botanicals have been gathered by hand in the Liébana Valley, with respect and gratitude, following the biodynamic lunar calendar.
- This mask can be used on individual spots to reduce inflammation and clean them.
- It can also be used for a deep facial cleanse once a week. Apply a towel dampened in hot water to open the pores. Apply the mask all over the face, avoiding the eyelids and the area around the lips. Leave it to dry and remove with lukewarm water (I recommend rinsing it off in the shower).
