Two teenagers have already passed through my home and a third is on the way. Through them and their circle of friends I have been able to observe how the skin behaves in those who are preparing to take responsibility for their own lives.
In general, the greater the need to rebel (against oneself, against the family, against society…), the more strongly acne appears.
And if circumstances do not allow that rebelliousness, it remains latent until the moment it can be released (emancipation, independence…), and with it its physical expression.
The psychosomatic component is just as important to bear in mind as the physical one.
There are four main factors that cause acne locally:
- Excess production of oil (sebum).
- Hair follicles blocked by oil and dead skin cells.
- Bacteria.
- Inflammation.
This toner contains a concentration of lactic acid ferment that helps cell renewal, since a suitably acidic pH (buffer effect) favours the removal of dead cells, which helps to activate blood circulation, cleanse the pores deeply and stimulate the regeneration of tissue cells.
Lactic acid has the property of allowing efficient bacteria to survive while hindering others whose proliferation causes disease, which is why it is so beneficial in treating skin conditions.
It also helps to remove redness and subtle blemishes on the skin.
The remaining ingredients are selected to:
- Reduce the size of open pores, which considerably improves the reddish look of the complexion.
- Help improve the symptoms of irritating, flaking conditions such as psoriasis and rosacea, thanks to its emollient and soothing action.
- Correct the skin’s pH.
- Smooth rough patches and leave the face much more radiant.
- Balance excess sebum thanks to its astringent action.
- Keep acne under control.
- Prepare the skin to absorb masks and cosmetics better.

This formula is dynamic and every batch is unique.
100 mL bottle
- Hydrolat of bay laurel and rock samphire.
- Liquid from the fermentation of roots (comfrey, dandelion and turnip) in sea water.
- Oil macerate of arzolla, lavender, calendula, helichrysum, fumitory, mallow, santolina and chamomile.
- Handcrafted mother tinctures of aloe, liquorice, oat, meadowsweet, arzolla and burdock.
- Essential oils of petitgrain, palmarosa and myrtle.
*Ingredients from certified organic farming, or uncertified but from known sources that respect our environment. *All the botanicals have been gathered by hand in the Liébana Valley, with respect and gratitude, following the biodynamic lunar calendar.
- Shake the product well before each use.
- Spray all over the face with your eyes closed.
- Press gently with your fingers (tapping) or hands until the product has been absorbed. It is important to do this step with clean hands.
