Sunbathing not only lifts the spirits, it also brings countless benefits to our skin and our body. But as the saying goes, “there are no poisons, only doses”.
Clearly we are not going to wrap ourselves in a white sheet like a ghost. So why not leave the house with our skin prepared for everyday sun exposure?
The greatest natural protector we have in our body is MELANIN, which is formed through a process of oxidation, protecting biological macromolecules against oxidative damage.
This cream is made from natural ingredients whose composition includes substances (phytosterols and polyphenols) with a high oxidative capacity that work alongside our melanin without interfering with its mechanism. That is how plant-based protectors work.
For protection to be effective, it also requires good sense on our part. No cream can healthily protect our skin from excessive exposure at peak hours. Wearing a hat (a cap or a visor) is what people have always done, and it is what turns our contact with the sun into an experience that brings us health and wellbeing.
I recommend using this cream between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, or all year round for those who are sensitive to the sun. It is a cream that nourishes and protects, so it is used as a nourishing cream and there is no need to apply sunscreen afterwards.
This sun cream has an approximate protection factor of SPF 30. It is important to observe your own skin to know how long it can really be exposed without burning.

- Oil macerate of carrot in BIODYNAMIC olive oil and sunflower seed juice.
- Cold first-pressed vegetable oils of sesame, raspberry seed and apricot.
- Shea butter.
- Thanaka powder (sp. Naringi crenulata).
- Cappings wax.
- Handcrafted rose hydrolats (sp. Rosa centifolia).
- Cantabrian sea water.
- Mother tincture of rosehip, pomegranate, currant, wild bilberry, medlar and calendula.
- Essential oils of carrot seed, lavender, geranium and Roman chamomile.

Apply in the morning as a nourishing cream. If needed, the application can be repeated during the day.
